A collection of online trainings to support physical activity and nutrition best practices in early learning settings across Washington State
Online trainings provide Washington State providers with State Training and Registry System (STARS) annual continuing education credits. Not from Washington? You are welcome to take trainings but we are not able to provide credits for other states. See FAQ page for more details.
To access trainings, you will need to create an account. The account and all trainings are free thanks to support from the Washington State Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Updates and New Features
Recently updated trainings include new features such as automated certificates, interactive discussion boards, and connections to Early Achievers. You can also log out of the training and save your progress. "Let's Move Child Care" trainings are now "Healthy Kids, Healthy Future".
Due to COVID-19 we have had to adjust our timeline for making our Healthy Kids, Healthy Future: Healthy Eating training available. We anticipate this training coming online by early 2021. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may cause. Be well.
More Updated Trainings Coming soon!
